CGPA has reason to be proud as more than half of the current 8 grade class has been accepted to some of the most competitive and prestigious high school programs that Miami-Dade County has to offer. After weeks of investigating academic and extracurricular programs, securing teacher recommendations, completing applications and—in some cases—auditions, over fifty students at CGPA heard the news over the last few weeks that they had been accepted to high school. Many students were accepted to several schools and had the task of deciding which to attend next year.
Students were accepted to over 20 private, magnet, and charter high school programs. Here is a list of some of the high schools that accepted CGPA 8 graders.
